Terms & Ordering

FREIGHT:
Pricing is F.O.B. San Rafael, unless otherwise stated.

SPECIAL CUT ORDERS:
Email all special orders requiring a quote.

Please include length, width, thickness, color and surface (Natural Cleft Flamed or Honed).

TERMS:
All special orders require a 50% deposit with balance due upon delivery of stone to our yard in San Rafael. Damaged or missing goods can only be processed if customer inspects products at time of delivery and notes damaged or missing items on shipping document. Canceled or changed orders already in progress are wubject to a material cutting and handling fee according.
